Our Grade 13 fire door hinges are suitable for commercial and public use in offices, warehouses, small shops, hotels and HMOs with up to 40 occupants. Designed for demanding environments, they provide smooth, reliable operation while helping maintain the performance and compliance of fire-rated door assemblies.
Featuring precision ball bearings and welded hinge caps, these hinges are designed to withstand frequent use while delivering smooth door movement and long-term durability. Suitable for doors weighing up to 120kg, they are an excellent choice for commercial buildings where reliability is essential.
Performance tested to BS EN 1935 Grade 13, the hinges have been independently tested to 200000 cycles and are CE 2812 marked, UKCA 1121 marked and Certifire approved. They are EN1634 tested and approved for use on 30 and 60 minute timber fire doors, providing independently verified performance for fire door applications.
Manufactured in a 102 x 76 x 2.7mm format, the hinges are supplied in pairs with matching 5.0 x 30mm threaded screws for straightforward installation. Fire door hinges must always be fitted with compatible intumescent hinge pads to achieve the tested fire rating and maintain fire door compliance.
