Innovative lift-to-lock door handle that's ideal for disabled toilets as the lifting action is easier to operate than a standard disabled toilet lock. Coin release on the outside for exit in case of emergency. Tubular door handle and a secure round rose cover with a tight rubber seal for extra durability. This disabled door handle set is fire tested and suitable for 30 and 60 minute timber doors.
To lock internally, lift handle to throw the deadbolt. To exit, turn the lever handle down to release deadbolt and further down to withdraw the roller bolt latch. For operation externally, turn lever handle down to withdraw the roller bolt latch or in case of emergency use the coin release to withdraw the deadbolt.
- Tested to BS EN 1634-1 and complies with the design requirements of BS 8300, also UKCA 1121 and CE 2812 marked.
- Fire rated for 30 and 60 minute fire doors
- 200,000 cycle tested
- Bolt through fixings included together with a Heso spindle, secures the spindle into the door handles making it less susceptible to be pulled apart and become loose over time.
- Suitable for 35-54mm doors.
- DIN mortice lock has 90mm case size - 60mm backset - 72mm vertical centres - square forends 22mm grade 304 stainless steel. Grade 304 stainless steel Latch and deadbolt. Anti-rattle strike. Grip tight follower. complies with BS EN 12209 2003: Grade 3
Kit includes DIN lock, 1 x pair door handles, 1 x Indicator Bolt, 1 x "Lift Handle To Lock" plate.
