Our Commercial Overhead Door Closer is dual handed and suitable for universal door applications. This overhead closer has back check, delayed action plus adjustable closing and latching speed.
Built to last and engineered to perform. Manufactured to conform with all quality and performance standards, suitable for either new built or, as widely used as a retrofit.
Features:
- Power size 2 to 4 adjustable by spring tension
- Function: Closing, latching, back check
- Cover: Designer cover
- Maximum door width: 1,100 mm
- Maximum door weight: 80 kg
- Successfully type tested for conformity to all the requirements of BS EN 1154:1997
- Included in a successful fire test to BS EN 1634 Part 1. Assessed for use on 30, 60 and 120 minutes timber fire doors and 240 minutes on steel fire doors.
- Certification: CE Marked: 1121-CPD-AD0009; Certifire Approved: CF294; DoP: HUK0019
- Satisfies the opening force recommendations of BS 8300 and ADM when fitted to a door with minimum width of 938 mm according to third party data. However other installed hardware, door seals and differential air pressure will affect the products as fitted performance meaning that the door closer alone cannot allow compliance to BS 8300 and ADM.
Next working day delivery is available on products marketed as "Next Day" and when placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders containing "Next Day" and "2/3 Day" products (or other slower services e.g. "Custom Made") will be delivered in line with the slower product.

Longer length products with have an additional delivery charge for orders under £75. For 2 day services there will be a £5.00 surcharge (if under £75), Next day delivery will have a £20.00 surcharge (This is waived for orders over £200)
