Shipping policy

All orders are processed same business day when ordering before 5pm
(excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery for orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday and will be free on all orders over £30.00.
Orders under £30.00 will be charged £4.95 for delivery.

Longer length products will have an additional £20.00 delivery charge (This is waived for orders over £75)

You will receive an email notification when we receive your order and when your order has shipped. We do not offer any local or in-store collection options, and we do not currently offer international shipping.

Next working day delivery is available on products marketed as "Next Day" and when placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders containing "Next Day" and "2/3 Day" products (or other slower services e.g. "Custom Made") will be delivered in a single delivery in line with the slower product.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@tradefit.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Full details of our Returns & Refund Policy can be seen here (https://tradefit.uk/policies/refund-policy)

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@tradefit.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
