The Mode-Grip fire door handle is perfect for both contemporary and traditional applications on domestic and light commercial projects. Complete fire door pack that includes 1 x pair door handles, 2 x pairs fire rated 102mm ball race hinges, 1 x heavy duty fire rated tubular latch (76mm case/57mm backset), 1 x intumescent wrap for tubular latch, 1 x pack of 6 intumescent hinge pads
- Aluminium lever on sprung screw on zinc rose
- FD30/60 minute fire rating
- 120x19mm lever on 50x8mm sprung rose
- Spindle, bolt through fixings and screw fixings supplied for 35-54mm doors
- 78mm sprung latch includes
- 102x76mm matching finish hinges and screws included
- Intumescent packs for latch & hinges included
