The hands free pulls should be installed with the opening part towards the leading edge of the door. The product shape is designed in order that the arm naturally moves free from the pull as the door opens. Installation is recommended at approx. 1.5m from floor level where the action is more natural at a higher point on the door than standard pull handle hardware.
