Our tradefit Grade 2 fire door kits are designed, tested and certified for fire doors in environments classified as Medium Duty. They are ideal for medium frequency of use by people with some incentive to exercise care, but where there might be some chance of misuse.
Supplied with 5-Year guarantee, tested to "Medium Duty" CE and UKCA standards, withstanding 250,000 cycle testing.

A complete fire door kit for fitting fire doors in commercial environments. The kit is a non locking door option where security is not required.
The kit is suitable for doors with a maximum width of 1100mm, between 40-80kg in weight and 44mm thick.
All products are 3rd party tested and certified for use on 30 and 60 minute fire doors.

The kit includes
- Power size 2-4 door closer with delayed action and backcheck facility with silver coated cover
- 3 x satin stainless fire rated ball bearing door hinges (102 x 76 x 3mm) with intumescent hinge pads.
- Pair 19mm return to door stainless steel lever handles
- Fire rated tubular latch - 76mm case / 57mm backset - satin stainless steel with intumescent kit
- 2 x 76mm fire door keep shut signs - satin stainless steel finish
Next working day delivery is available on products marketed as "Next Day" and when placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders containing "Next Day" and "2/3 Day" products (or other slower services e.g. "Custom Made") will be delivered in line with the slower product.
