Our bathroom fire door kit is designed for domestic fire doors and low traffic commercial doors with up to 10 occupants. Suitable for bathrooms, washrooms and cubicles, this complete kit provides a convenient way to specify and install tested, compatible fire door ironmongery from a single package.
All components within the kit are independently tested and certified for use on FD30 and FD60 fire doors, helping maintain compliance while simplifying product selection. The kit combines fire-rated hinges, lever handles, bathroom locking hardware and intumescent protection in a coordinated satin finish.
The kit includes a pair of return to door lever handles, an easy-operate bathroom turn and release, and a DIN standard bathroom lock supplied with an intumescent kit. This makes it suitable for washrooms, bathrooms and cubicle applications where privacy and fire door compliance are both required.
The kit is suitable for doors between 35mm and 54mm thick. Three 102 x 76 x 3mm fire-rated ball bearing hinges are included, together with intumescent hinge pads to support fire door performance. All major components are tested to medium duty CE and UKCA performance standards and have been independently cycle tested to 250000 operations.
Backed by a 5-year mechanical guarantee, this kit provides a durable and coordinated solution for domestic and light commercial bathroom fire doors.
