Where an intumescent strip is already fitted within the frame, this should be removed to allow the seal to sit flush with the frame and replaced with both low modulus seals and a high expansion seal.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eTested in accordance with BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476 Part 22 and is suitable for 44mm FD30 fire doors. When used with a low modulus seal, the system has been tested to remediate gaps of up to 15mm around the perimeter of the door, helping maintain the integrity of the fire door assembly.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eThe seal is supplied with pins, alcohol wipes, an identification label and data pin to support secure installation and traceability.
